This desk set features a bright
case (with Elmo and Cookie Monster on the cover) which contains 26 double-sided
tiles, with numbers on their backs and all the letters of the alphabet on their
fronts. Each letter features a familiar character holding an object that begins
with the same letter. This allows children to become familiar with the shapes
of different letters, and as they become comfortable with this the set helps to
show how letters form complete words. This set does a good job of reinforcing
recognition, and is an excellent learning tool for children up to about 3 years
